CAKE Byte - She Comes in First

"There's a very precise answer as to how long a cunnilingus session should last - as long as it takes to bring her to orgasm"
- Ian Kerner author of the upcoming book She Comes First

In the never-ending search for material that does a female body good, here comes a book that puts men in their places - smack dab in between women's legs! At a time when the perspective on female sexual pleasure ranges from confusion, "mystery" and sometimes down right trepidation, Ian Kerner gives us She Comes First – The Thinking Man's Guide to Pleasuring a Woman – a manual for "consistently leading women to orgasm" through...cunnilingus.

In the book, Ian Kerner, who is a clinical sexologist, insists that "for all of the talk of sexual revolution these days men know more about what is under the hood of a car than what is under the clitoris." While that may be true for some and downright insulting to others, it's worth checking out this book simply for its explicit detailing of dozens tried-and-true and creative techniques for getting a woman off through oral sex.

"Oral sex has long been deemed an arbitrary or optional aspect of foreplay, but that it should be considered coreplay – the best way for leading a woman through the entire process of sexual response," says Kerner. The basic underlying premise of the book is to dispel the "widely held myth of genital penetration" as the be all, end all of sexual pleasure. By stating that "a g-spot orgasm, like all female orgasms, is a clitoral orgasm; its part of the same pleasure network" he is squarely positioned in the clit is best camp.

Whatever one may think of that premise, Part Three - "Putting it all together" - is the crown jewel of the book, which painstakingly breaks down what steps and techniques actually work to get a woman off and the physical mechanisms that occur while its happening.

Look for intricate descriptions of the physiological process of female arousal and orgasm - "Of particular note will be the darkening in color and deepening in luster of her inner labia, as well as the retraction of the clitoral head into its hood - both are signs that she's within ninety seconds of reaching climax" and a breakdown of the female anatomy–"A woman's clitoris has eighteen parts." Kerner offers a vast array of tongue strokes, beginner, intermediate, and expert routines, licking techniques, clitoral rhythms, stimulation of hot key spots – all leading up to the culmination of the climax and through to the very, very end of the last contraction...and then on to the next orgasm...

She Comes First dispels mainstream imagery of the female orgasm by proving that it does not just miraculously happen on its own (nor should it) - and that with the right knowledge and some hard won technique, pleasure comes first.

Love,
